CONEGLIANO VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG
Conegliano Valdobbiadene is an elegant handmade wine, with an extraordinary story. It’s the best quality of Prosecco.
Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore is a perfect union between the precious composition of the soil, the mildness of the climate and the knowledge of men who have shaped these hills with passion for centuries. The result is a fresh wine that enchants at the first sip, with the unique elegance of its bubbles. Conegliano-Valdobbiadene is recognisable by its light straw yellow colour and delicate fragrance of fruit and white flowers.
It is produced in the Spumante (Champagne), Sparkling and still version. The most famous type is the sparkling one, pleasant, flexible, and suitable for every occasions and all types of cuisine.
Since 2009, the Conegliano Valdobbiadene is DOCG. Depending on the sugar residue, it is produced in three versions: Brut, Extra Dry and Dry. It can be tasted throughout the meal, from appetizer to dessert.


VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE DI CARTIZZE DOCG
“Cartizze” is represented by a small area of 107 hectares of vineyards, enclosed in the steep hills of San Pietro di Barbozza, Santo Stefano and Saccol, in the municipality of Valdobbiadene.
This wine comes from the perfect combination of a mild climate and a soil made up of clays, sandstones and moraines, which give rise to a high-quality wine.
Cartizze is a sparkling wine with an intense color and a mix of scents: apple, pear, apricot and citrus, with a pleasant aftertaste of glazed almonds. With its soft flavor, it is usually produced in Dry type and it goes well with traditional sweets, pastries and fruit tarts.


RIVE
The Rive wine is produced only in the spumante version, with grapes from a single municipality or one of its hamlet: it represents the essence of the territory. The label is always marked with the place of origin of the grapes, together with an indication of the vintage.
In the local dialect the term “Rive” means the vineyards located on steep slopes, processed only manually.
In the area of ​​Conegliano Valdobbiadene there are 43 Rive, that indicate as many territorial expressions. The palate of the attentive consumer will then search the “Rive” that are closest to their personal taste, discovering the facets of an area with many features, in terms of soils and microclimate. For example: the waterfront of Santo Stefano are characterized by elegance, acidity and aromas; those of Farra di Soligo have a razor-sharp flavor, almost saline; Ogliano (Conegliano) is the hottest area and gives warm, soft and alcoholic wines; from the banks of Susegana give viny and structured specimens.
The Rive is the representation of the true expressions of a territory that is various as a mosaic.


VERDISO
Verdiso is a centuries-old vine, native of the Altamarca Trevigiana and with limited production. It is loved for its particular taste: dry and intense, with a slightly bitter aftertaste reminding a unripe apple.


COLLI DI CONEGLIANO DOC BIANCO E ROSSO
The red and white wine come from a clever mixture of the most prestigious grapes of the  Conegliano hills.
The white one, with its agreeable aromatic perfume, is the ideal for hors-d’oeuvres, meats and fish.
The red wine is suitable for aging.


REFRONTOLO PASSITO DOC COLLI DI CONEGLIANO
Sung by Mozart's Don Giovanni, it is produced with grapes Marzemino Refrontolo, selected during the harvest. They are placed on mats and are then squeezed to produce a red ruby “passito”, sweet, rich in perfume and with a note of blackberry. It is excellent with desserts.


TORCHIATO DI FREGONA DOC COLLI DI CONEGLIANO
It's a good wine for meditation, produced by aromatic grapes, mostly of Prosecco, and Verdiso Boschera. They are left to dry until spring and then pressed in hand-presses. This wine is aged in wooden casks until the beginning of the new year.
The Torchiato is sweet and pleasantly alcoholic, with gold reflexes and intense perfume. Its flavour is full and warm.
