For centuries, on the gentle slopes surrounding the castle of San Salvatore, the Collalto family has cultivated historic vines and vineyards from which it obtains the precious and selected grapes used to produce its wines.
Since 1904, these wines, rich in structure and strongly expressive, have been produced in the centuries-old Cantina Conte Collalto.
