Imagine gears of iron and steel and black-coated workers armed with wrench, that make the machines clatter as if they were steam locomotives. This happens at the Tipoteca Italiana. in Crocetta del Montello. It is today a significant example of industrial archeology, which is based at the old Canapificio Veneto, built in the late 9th century. Founded by the will of the Antigas, it collects and researches the cultural Italian patrimony dedicated to the history of printing and typography.
The collections come from the printing and printmakers located throughout the country. The Tipoteca Italiana organizes activities, workshops and training courses taught by Italian and international designers.
